Shipping policy
1. Delivery Timeframes We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Standard orders typically arrive within 8-12 days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, extreme weather conditions, or high-volume holiday seasons.
2. Order Cancellations & Modifications To ensure your items are shipped as fast as possible, our fulfillment process begins immediately after an order is placed. Because of this rapid turnaround, we do not accept order cancellations or modifications once checkout is complete. Please double-check your cart and shipping information before finalizing your purchase.
3. Order Tracking Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress directly through the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the email.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages While we strive for perfect delivery, AirFlux is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and the exterior packaging so we can assist you.
