Order Cancellations As outlined in our Shipping Policy, our fulfillment process begins immediately after an order is placed to ensure your items arrive within our standard 8-12 day delivery window. Due to this rapid turnaround time, we are unable to accept order cancellations or modifications once the checkout process is complete.

Damaged or Defective Items While we enforce a strict no-refund and no-return policy, we want to ensure you receive your items exactly as intended. If your product arrives damaged due to transit, please reach out to our support team within 48 hours of your package being marked as delivered. Please include your order number and clear photographs of both the damaged product and the exterior shipping materials in your email. We review these specific transit-damage inquiries on a case-by-case basis to determine if a replacement product can be issued, but we will not issue monetary refunds or accept physical items back into our facility.
